Has a provider directed to our site for additional testing? Please have your provider reach out to us directly using provider portal. For consideration into CCRD, we request you first have obtain a referral to see one of our CCRD providers. Once your referral to a specific department is processed, the office will guide you what medical records are requested. 

Case acceptance for CCRD is limited. CCRD is looking for paients with unsolved diagnosis. If you have been through several providers who are unable to make a diagnosis, despite prior targeted genetic testing you may be a good candidate. The reason for a visit first with a UCLA specialist is to determine if any additional tests can be run clinically prior to CCRD research offered testing.
